Feedback from Cohort One
“This was an excellent course, bringing together leaders within the HE sector but across a range of disciplines. Factors explored within each discipline could be related to across others, meaning delegates were given an exposure to scenarios that they could at some point encounter.”
About the HEaTED Technical Leaders Programme
The purpose of this programme is to enable leaders of technical teams to develop their leadership knowledge, skills, and behaviours thereby enhancing their effectiveness in leading and contributing to strategic change initiatives.
Individuals will have an opportunity to enhance their understanding and practice of leadership whilst at the same time consider how they lead change within their teams, their department and across the University.
