Asynchronous (Flexible) Learning
Asynchronous learning allows you to learn on your own schedule within a specified time frame. You can access learning materials at any time within a 1-2 week period. Each module will be supported by asynchronous e-learning (each piece of e learning will take approximately 45 minutes to complete).
In between each module there will be an Action Learning Set.
Action Learning is not about providing advice, it is about helping individuals to explore workplace challenges and projects from different perspectives and to consider different ways of engaging with these. Sets allow participants to share real leadership challenges and conundrums with colleagues and to receive peer to peer coaching. It also enables the transfer of the learning from a development programme into the workplace.
Action Learning Sets should have 4 to 6 members as a maximum.
There will be four online meetings per Action Learning Sets running throughout the programme.
Each Action Learning Set will be 90 minutes.
