The programme focuses on you expanding your leadership capability, then builds your role in the team(s) that you lead within the organisation. In the context of the organisation and your team(s), it will explore the development of vision, mission and values, coupled with both strategy execution and performance measurement.
The programme has been designed for those who have line management responsibility or lead others in matrix management structures, who would like to equip themselves with the tools, knowledge and advanced people management skills.

Aim: To equip participants with advanced leadership and management skills.
Objectives of the course include exploring the following:
Leadership style, competency and critical self-evaluation.
Leadership styles with a focus on how you lead and manage change.
Adaptation, emotional intelligence and resilience to challenging situations.
Working within teams and the roles you play as a leader.
How and what you need to do to lead and develop high performance team(s).
How to lead and chair effective meetings.
Organisational strategy development - vision, mission and values.
Strategy implementation and decision-making.
Organisational and team performance indicators.
Development networks and securing stakeholder buy-ins.
How to navigate organisational politics.
Development networks and the power of reflection.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
