As a manager, your leadership role is critical in navigating challenges and motivating people, to create the conditions for success and achievement of goals. It starts with critical evaluation and self-reflection of your own leadership practices.

The programme focuses on you expanding your leadership capability, then builds your role in the team(s) that you lead within the organisation. In the context of the organisation and your team(s), it will explore the development of vision, mission and values, coupled with both strategy execution and performance measurement.

The programme has been designed for those who have line management responsibility or lead others in matrix management structures, who would like to equip themselves with the tools, knowledge and advanced people management skills.
