HEaTED Consultancy and Facilitation Service
Open to technical staff in member organisations, the service is a free consultancy to help individuals and organisations bridge the technical management and leadership gap.
Our consultants have a wealth of Higher Education technical services expertise, experience and professional standing, who work collaboratively to strengthen capability, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your technical services. In short, we make it easy for you and your team to overcome challenges, adapt to changing situations and build capability.
We work with individuals, teams and organisations to discover, design, analyse and deliver tailor-made solutions to meet specific needs that create valuable outcomes.
HEaTED CV Analysis, Personal Statement Review and Interview Skills
The team at HEaTED are piloting a CV and personal statement analysis as a benefit to technicians in member organisations. If you’re looking to progress from your current role, apply for an internal role or even move roles entirely, an appropriate and well built CV can be imperative to your chances of success! We are also offering support around interview technique for those who need to perfect their interview skills, or simply require a little practice.
These services offer our expertise to support technicians in whatever their next steps are.
The facilitator will review your CV, personal statement or interview technique concerns. These sessions can be tailored to your needs, which will be assessed upon booking.
