Summary
As part of the session you will gain a greater awareness of your core style; your signature strengths and the areas that you may wish to flex in order to enhance your impact with others.
The session will also give you the opportunity to consider what you can do to open the door of communication with different styles and how you might flex and adapt your approach to collaborate more effectively with stakeholders whose style is different.

To understand different styles of influence and their merits, and when/how to vary the approach dependent upon the needs of your stakeholder or the situation.
